Motion Lab

Since the winter semester 2013, Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences has a fully equipped Motion Lab in the Department of Physiotherapy of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences. It was partially funded with funds from the German Research Foundation (DFG) and from the study quality funds of the Hochschule Osnabrück (SQM).

Numerous modern measuring instruments make it possible to work on current scientific questions. On the one hand, a lot of emphasis is put on the theory-practice transfer for the students of the university. In addition to integrating the lab into the curricula of the respective programs, this is reflected in the many graduate theses that have been conducted since the motion lab was established. On the other hand, third-party funded research projects are another field of activity of various working groups.
