- Mission Statement
The fundamentals of business administration are taught, from founding a company to managing and developing a company. This includes how a company is financed and how investment decisions are made. The course content on the business performance process is divided into a supply chain management part consisting of procurement, production and logistics and a market-oriented part consisting of marketing, sales and service. In order to systematically record the resulting flows of money and outputs, basic principles of business accounting are taught. Basics of organization and process management show how a company can be structured and which processes are derived from the company tasks. Finally, human resources management shows how the targeted deployment of people in the company ensures the implementation of the defined processes and thus generates the intended added value for the company.
