- Mission Statement
The development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategies requires meta-knowledge on how management decisions emerge in organizations. This metaknowledge particularly refers to the specific contexts of strategy formulation and to the constitutive role of communicative practices for management. Also, these practices are constitutive for the development and implementation of digitized business models. Aside from rationalist perspectives, interpretive approaches in organization and management studies explain and empirically explore the contexts of management decisions and strategies.
