Personnel and organizational psychology provides a wide range of information for the management of organizational resources.On the basis of scientific theories and findings, it contributes to the effective and efficient control of the performance of organizational members.Against the background of increasing flexibility and virtualization of work and organizations, the challenges to leadership are also discussed in particular.Work is shaped by institutional, economic and political interests and influences; therefore the responsibility for the protection and wellbeing of people is reflected.
