Student residence

We have shared rooms and apartments for our students. As there is a high demand, it is best to apply as early as possible.

 

Important: You do not have to be admitted to the university to apply for accommodation!

Ein kleiner Innenhof, der von roten Backsteingebäuden umgeben ist. Mehrere Fahrräder sind an einem Fahrradständer abgestellt, der sich neben einem Baum befindet. Eine grüne Wäscheleine steht ebenfalls im Hof. Die Gebäude haben mehrere Fenster, die teilweise mit Pflanzen geschmückt sind. Der Hof wirkt gepflegt und ruhig, und die Umgebung ist von viel Grün umgeben, was eine wohnliche und einladende Atmosphäre schafft.
Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit modernen Akzenten. In der linken Ecke steht ein graues Sofa mit mehreren Kissen, darunter ein rundes mit einem floralen Muster. Neben dem Sofa befindet sich eine weiße Stehlampe, die weiches Licht spendet. An der Wand über dem Sofa hängen mehrere gerahmte Bilder und Kunstwerke. Ein niedriger weißer Couchtisch mit einer rosa Tischdecke und einer rosa Schale steht vor dem Sofa. Auf der rechten Seite des Raums ist ein weißer Schreibtisch mit einem Laptop zu sehen. Große Fenster an der Rückwand lassen viel Tageslicht herein, das durch graue Vorhänge sanft gefiltert wird. Im Raum befindet sich auch ein Heimtrainer und eine weiße Kommode mit verschiedenen kleinen Aufbewahrungsboxen.
Eine Aussicht von einem Fenster auf einen kleinen Balkon, der mit Pflanzen und Blumen geschmückt ist. Auf dem Balkon steht ein Tisch mit einer grünen Tischdecke und ein grüner Gartenstuhl. Mehrere Blumentöpfe mit unterschiedlichen Pflanzenarten sind auf dem Geländer arrangiert, darunter auch bunte Blumen. Im Hintergrund sieht man eine ruhige Wohngegend mit viel Grün, einigen Bäumen und parkenden Autos. Der Blick vermittelt eine ruhige und entspannende Atmosphäre.
Die Außenansicht eines mehrstöckigen Wohngebäudes mit roten Ziegelwänden. Die Fassade ist mit mehreren Balkonen ausgestattet, auf denen Möbel und persönliche Gegenstände wie Stühle und Tische stehen. Einige Balkone sind mit Pflanzen und Sichtschutz versehen. Vor dem Gebäude erstreckt sich eine gepflegte Rasenfläche, die von Bäumen und Sträuchern gesäumt ist. Die Umgebung wirkt grün und einladend, was auf eine angenehme Wohnlage hinweist.

Tips:

  • If you don't have much time until the start of your studies, also look for rooms to rent temporarily. It's much easier to look for apartments locally.
  • Also, don't just look in the city center. In Osnabrück, you can easily get around the whole city by bike or bus. It's also often cheaper to live on the outskirts of the city.
