Structure of the program
Compulsory modules in the first three semesters
The Business Administration and Management Bachelor’s degree program is a six-semester degree program which is divided into a compulsory and compulsory elective area. The first two semesters comprise compulsory modules, in which business administration basics are taught.
Elective options from the third semester
In the 3rd semester, either "Operations Research" or "Statistics" can be selected as compulsory elective subjects, to set the first major focus.
Elective options in the fourth semester
In the fourth semester, the study offers the possibility of an individual profile formation through the attendance of compulsory elective modules. The students can acquire in-depth knowledge in at least two areas of expertise in these subject areas.
Choices are:
- Financial controlling (such as "Internationalized accounting and valuation")
- Marketing (such as "Marketing decision")
- Logistics (such as "Material and distribution logistics")
- Taxation and audit (such as "Tax aspects in the middle-class")
- Business informatics (such as "Introduction to ERP systems")
Students can also freely choose two lecturers. Also, in the second study stage, accompanying lectures in the area of methodology and key qualifications are offered.

In the 4th or 5th semester, students have the opportunity to study abroad at one of the partner universities.

* Within the compulsory elective area two modules from the range of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences are to be selected for one's own competency profiling.

Option: Integrated study abroad
Modules amounting to 30 credit points must be completed at a partner university of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences abroad.

The course ends in the sixth semester with a 12-week scientific practice, which is carried out in cooperation with a company, as well as the 12-week Bachelor's thesis.
