1. General university entry qualification
2. The ability to study in English demonstrated by the original or a certified copy of an internationally recognized language certificate which may not be older than 3 years:
Individual Tests Minimum requirement: Level B2
3. Basic knowledge of the German language is required from international applicants (minimum level: A1; recommended level: A2).

The language of instruction is English. Students may choose among the following for their second foreign language: German (for foreign students), French, Spanish, Russian or Chinese

There are more than 100 partner universities at which students spend their semester abroad.

A mandatory study semester abroad at a partner university or cooperating university is integrated in the 4th resp. 5th semester.
