Structure of the program
The whole degree program is characterized by a shift between theory and practice. Our special block model is ideally suited to your own requirements and those of your employer, i.e. seminars in block form enable you to benefit from longer, more intensive practical work with your employer.
The full-time degree program is organized in blocks during general semester times. Students wishing to complete the Master program in part-time mode have to ask their employer for a leave of absence for the seminar blocks.
The Taxation Master’s degree program is comprised of three semesters.

- Income Tax Law III: Tax Planning for Medium-sized Enterprises: Incorporation, Current Taxation, Termination
- Income Tax Law IV: Tax Planning for Medium-sized Enterprises: Investment, Financing, Restructuring
- Transformation: Transformation Tax Law / Real Estate Transfer Tax
- Transfer of Assets: Valuation Law / Inheritance Tax / Company Succession and Income Tax Law
- Anti-abuse Measures in Tax Law and Criminal Tax Law
