University Advancement

The Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is supported by businesses, institutions and philanthropists in their successful development. Almost all regional and numerous national companies are involved in diverse ways at the university in the form of donations, collaborations, projects, sponsorships or donations. The advancement of these partners paves the way for excellence in teaching and research.

The university advancement deals with the strategic development, planning and implementation of partnerships with selected stakeholders. These are usually regional and national companies, foundations and other institutions. Collaboration is reflected among other things in cooperation agreements, donations, fund raising and sponsoring activities. The fruits of cooperation benefit the university and its partners and transfer to the region.

Other tasks include the management of the Foundation for Applied Sciences Osnabrück and the Fördergesellschaft [promotional organization] of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.
