Transfer between theory and practice

The overriding goal of every dual degree program is the transfer of scientific knowledge into practice, which is supposed to be trained and fostered from the beginning through the interchanging study and work phases. This intensive transfer between theory and practice is the most important quality of a dual degree program and is thus pursued with high commitment. Our dual students learn to reflect topics critically and to make them adaptable for practice though an intensive interconnection of the two learning facilities university and company. They develop professional and social competences on both levels at an early stage and are therefore able to apply their theoretical knowledge goal- and solution-oriented. The prerequisite of an intensive contact with the cooperating firms on a partnership basis is exceedingly fulfilled through long-lasting, confident relationships so that students are offered excellent study conditions.
