Wissensverbreiterung
The students acquire basic knowledge of the English contract law. They are familiar to the characteristics of the English legal system and understand the differences to the German legal system. They are able to set problems in the context of the English contract law. They are able to analyse and solve simple case constellations with reference to the leading cases. At the same time they acquire and deepen their English language proficiency.
